Shipping

We ship all orders from Australia using trusted carriers including Australia Post and DHL Express. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Customs (International Orders)

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and other international destinations, duties and import taxes may apply. Where possible, we collect these at checkout so there are no surprise charges on delivery (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP).

If duties are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Please note that customs processing may add additional time to your delivery estimate.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Shinobi Industries knife. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, knives that have been used cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Email us at your store contact address with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
